The contents include everything that a new arrival to the Stanford campus of 1936 would need to know. From how to dress, to school cheers and songs, football schedule, honor code, campus buildings and groups. Excellent information for the time. The book measures 4 5/8" x 2 3/4". A real gem, packed with information, including on dating. "Never phone a girl and ask 'what are you doing tonight?' If you want a date ask for it. You can ask for a date for a girl you haven't met but you run the risk of being turned down if you can't "place" you. Jolly-ups are good place to get acquainted. Blind dates are an acceptable way to get acquainted but you run the risk of being bored to death."
