Antique Princeton University China Football Pitcher

Original hand painted china pitcher depicting a Princeton University football player. This large pitcher is 12 1/2 inches high six inches wide at the base. It depicts an early Princeton football player about to catch a ball. Across the top of the pitcher is written "Princeton" in black letters and the Princeton University logo/crest is above the player to the right. The players sweater is in the Princeton colors of Orange and Black with a large "P" in the middle. The socks are also Orange and Black. Aside from three small chips in paint on the socks the pitcher is in very good condition. The bottom of the pitcher is marked "Laughlin Art China."

A rare, old Princeton pitcher that would make a fabulous display item!
